Shipping Your Product:
We ship from many warehouses from around the United States. We ship your order from the closest warehouse stocking the part to you direct.

Tracking your order:
Tracking numbers are sent to the e-mail that was provided at checkout once the order ships. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail with a tracking number, feel free to give us a call at (866) 432-8551 or e-mail us at parts@AmericanHVACparts.com to request one.(Please have your 5 digit order number handy before calling.)

When will it Ship?:

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 P.M. (Noon) Pacific Standard Time, Monday - Friday, are shipped that day in most cases. Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. (Noon) PST will not ship until the following business day.

How soon can I receive my part?:

Once shipped, transit times vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Our company offers UPS Next Day, 2 nd Day, 3-Day Select and UPS Ground services. Next Day, 2 nd Day, and 3 Day Select transit times are self-explanatory. UPS Ground orders generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered. Shipping difference refunds will only be given on Next Day orders not arriving the following business day. No refunds will be given on 2 nd Day, 3 Day Select, or UPS Ground orders not arriving on the expected arrival date due to UPS routing errors, weather conditions, and mechanical delays.

Do you ship to Canada?:
Yes, we do ship to Canada. Due to customs, shipping to Canada can be rather expensive. Freight to Canada is generally a minimum shipping charge of $95.00. For an exact quote on freight charges, please call us at (866) 432-8551. All orders shipping to Canada must be placed over the telephone with one of our representatives.

Weekend Shipping:

AmericanHVACparts.com DOES NOT ship orders over the weekend and UPS does not deliver over the weekend unless the order is for Next Day Saturday delivery (See below). Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. (Noon) PST, on Friday, or over the weekend are not shipped until Monday, providing the part is currently in stock.

Next Day Saturday Shipping:
AmericanHVACparts.com does offer Next Day Saturday shipping at an additional charge on top of Regular Next Day. In order for an order to be shipped Next Day Saturday, the order must be placed manually on the phone by one of our representatives. Next Day orders not placed by our representatives are not considered Next Day Saturday and will not be delivered until Monday, providing the order was placed before 12:00 P.M. (Noon) PST.

Shipping Money Refunds : (Next Day Orders Only)
Next Day orders not delivered within one business day are entitled to a shipping difference refund. For example, if the purchaser ordered the part Next Day on Monday before 12:00 P.M. (Noon) PST and it does not arrive until Wednesday, the purchaser would be entitled to a refund for the difference between Next Day and 2 nd Day. 2 nd Day, 3 Day and Ground are not guaranteed in any way. There will be no refunds issued by AmericanHVACparts.com for 2nd Day, 3 Day and Ground packages not arriving on the expected arrival date due to shipping company routing errors, weather conditions or mechanical delays.

Additional shipping charges:

Shipping charges given at checkout are in most cases very accurate, but occasionally, shipping companies will bill us extra charges based on the dimensions of the package. We reserve the right to bill any additional shipping charges imposed by the shipping company to your credit card, should this occur.

Special Order Items:
Special Order items require some additional time before they can be shipped. Special order items generally take 1-4 weeks before they are ready to be shipped. If the part ordered is considered a “Special order” item, the customer will be notified with the estimated date of shipment by one of our representatives.

Orders subject to change:

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason. Customer will be contacted and advised as to the reason. (I.E. Pricing errors, Out of delivery area, product availability, etc.)

Pricing:
All prices quoted and are listed on our web site are our customers' net costs in United States Currency. Prices do not include freight, handling, applicable federal, state or local taxes, or duties. Prices and terms herein are subject to change without notice. Market Sensitive Commodity items will be priced according to current market Conditions.

Sales Tax:
AmericanHVACparts.com is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on every item we sell.



Refunds:

All refunds are done by company check and are mailed to the purchaser. Due to company policy, AmericanHVACparts.com will not issue credit back to credit cards.

No Returns or Refunds on Electrical Parts or Air Conditioning Compressors:
All electrical parts (Capacitors, Circuit Boards, Contactors, Door Switches, Flame Sensors, Gas Valves, Heat Strips, Igniters, Ignition Modules, Limit Switches, Motors, Pressure Switches, Relays, Sequencers, etc.) and Air Compressors, once shipped are not returnable for any reason.

Order cancellations:
Provided the order has not shipped, all order cancellations are subject to a $20.00 fee. If the order has already been shipped and is cancelled or refused, shipping charges will not be refunded and the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee upon arrival back to AmericanHVACparts.com. Custom orders where the product has already been fabricated/manufactured cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
-Air Compressor cancellations:
Air compressor cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

No Refunds on Custom Orders, or Parts Shipped Direct from the Manufacturer:

Please check all information carefully. Any part shipped from any manufacturers warehouse is not returnable under any circumstances. Any product that is not a standard stock item or is a custom order for a product made to your specifications cannot be returned. We will not issue any refunds under any circumstances.

Product Warranty:
Parts have a 90-day warranty from the date of the original purchase. AmericanHVACparts.com will repair or replace the product at its option from date of purchase. Shipping and Handling charges are not covered under the 90-day warranty period. The purchaser must ship the defective part to AmericanHVACparts.com at their own expense. AmericanHVACparts.com is not responsible for any labor charges of parts or equipment of any kind. Purchaser needs to have a licensed qualified person to install, service or repair their appliances.

Return of Product:
AmericanHVACparts.com has a (12) day return period on non-electrical parts from the date of sale. Once 12 days have elapsed, parts are not returnable for any reason. Products that have been installed are also not returnable. Products that have not been installed or damaged and that are not considered electrical parts are returnable with a standard 25% restocking fee and no refund on shipping. All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). To request an RMA# please call us and speak to one of our customer representatives at (866) 432-8551. Orders sent back without a valid RMA# will be refused on delivery and sent back at the shippers expense.

Lost Packages:
It’s not very common but sometimes packages do get lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please call us and one of our customer service representatives will need to open a claim with the shipping company. In the meantime the purchaser will need to wait until the matter is resolved or place another order if the part is urgently needed. AmericanHVACparts.com will not send a replacement package without payment.

Damaged Freight:
All orders claiming to be damaged in shipment must be reported to one of our customer representatives within 3 days from the date of delivery. Orders claiming to be damaged after that period will not be addressed.

Special Considerations Regarding Your Order:
Your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse to your zip code stocking your part. Next day orders must be placed by 12 p.m. (noon) Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same day. 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air via UPS, DHL or FED-EX, and USPS Priority Mail are not guaranteed in any way. NO refunds will be issued, and neither the shippers, or AmericanHVACParts.com are responsible for shipments not arriving on the expected arrival date. Returned parts must be received within 10 days of the original date of sale. After that 10- day period, parts are not returnable for any reason. There are NO RETURNS ACCEPTED on any electrical parts. Most electrical parts come with a 1-year manufacturer’s exchange warranty from the date of purchase and ONLY under normal use. This warranty DOES NOT cover improper installation of any part. Any electrical parts that have been burned or short-circuited are not covered under any warranty. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt, as well as an RMA number, which is issued only by our corporate offices. If a return comes in with an invalid RMA or no RMA at all, the package will be refused and sent back at the shipper’s expense. All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any orders processed that are cancelled after the processing period are subject to a processing fee of $20.00 which will be charged to the customer’s credit card. Transformers are NOT covered under the 1-year manufacturer’s exchange warranty. Each transformer is factory-tested before shipment, and sold with NO warranty.

Safety First:
Before you begin any repairs or installation on your heating and or air conditioning systems, consult all manufactures safety warnings and procedures. If you are not comfortable or have no experience working with Electricity, or with Natural Gas, L.P. Gas we would highly recommend calling your local independent contractor for service.
